Senior Designer

For our new virtual world projects we are currently looking for SENIOR FLASH ENGINEERS to work on a full time basis at our office in Miraflores, Lima.

Responsibilities:
•Developing new online applications using Flash ActionScript 2.
•Building widgets that can be put on various social networking sites and portals.
•Work closely together with our current team of 12 graphic designers and other software engineers.
•Act as a mentor for younger Flash engineers.

Requirements:
•Expert knowledge of Flash and ActionScript 2.
•Experience with development of data driven Flash Applications.
•Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
•Knowledge of XML data structures.
•Sense of humor and positive, flexible attitude.
•Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English. English is a MUST in our organization.
